althoughと言う単語は受験英語でも良く出てきました。
似たような意味で良く使われるのが
in spite ofとかdespiteと言うモノがあります。
使い方はシンプルですが、ミスなく使えるでしょうか?

1.although ~だけれども
基本パターン➡ Although + 主語 + 動詞
Although we were all tired, we tried to finish the work.

2. in spite of ~だけれども
基本パターン➡ in spite of + 名詞/代名詞
